PSYCHIC TRANSFORMATION/FRESH EMPIRICAL PERCEPTION 

The laws of quantum physics (sub-atomic, invisible) and that of classical physics are dissociated and much effort is going towards a unified field theory. From a soul phenomenological perspective, this theoretical dissociation in the world of physics is an expression of a more fundamental dissociation between psychic reality as apperceived by the mind and empirical reality as perceived through the senses. This essay is an exploration of a new possible relationship between the two worlds—the psychological and the empirical. A new soul capacity is coming to birth in the psyche, “alien” to anything that has preceded this time, with consequent fresh perceptions of the empirical world based on this new movement. Dissociation is no longer a topic! I will show through reference to Trump how this “birth” or new soul capacity brings with it a moment of terrible danger that we sense daily with growing alarm but thus far, I believe, have not found a way to articulate the danger from a soul phenomenological perspective, since the soul is no longer a topic in the market place of ideas.

BIRTH OF A TWO-FOLD HEART: Poetry and Blood

Our Western culture is founded on the goddess wisdom, her wounding and healing powers and her rejection by the masculine hero who remains in terror of her mysteries of the blood, body and of death. The wounded healer is an advocate of the very goddess wisdom that the hero repudiates. Our culture thus has reached a stalemate in which the goddess has withdrawn and assumes the mask of monster, the chironic healer can never heal himself and the herculean hero can never overcome his terror of the goddess. This remains the essential configuration “backing” the historical forms of Western culture. Our times are now signalling to us the strong likelihood of annihilation of all life! And we continue to ignore these warning signs in our everyday goings-on. Can we expect a response from the goddess to this threat of extinction of all life which is after all her domain? We no longer seem capable of receiving her response with any understanding at all, We no longer even know where to look. But if we could, what would we see? What form would the last gift of the goddess take?
